My story: Hi, I’m Willy — Italian-born, now based in Sagres, Portugal, where I’ve found the perfect home for surf and outdoor living. Together with Karma Surf School we want to bring you a surf coaching service focused on intermediate surfers.
With a degree in Sport Science and over 10 years of coaching experience in both surfing and snowboarding, I’ve worked with people all over the world — from total beginners to advanced riders.
But after years in big surf schools, I noticed something missing: intermediate surfers were often left behind. Once you’re past the basics, there’s rarely any guidance — just trial and error.
That’s why I started this project. My mission is to help surfers who’ve outgrown the surf camp scene but still feel stuck — to give them structure, feedback, and confidence. Through in-water coaching, video analysis, surfskate training, and WhatsApp support, I help you become the independent surfer you want to be.
